Board of Education members are elected by residents at the time of the annual budget vote, the third Tuesday in May. To be eligible to vote in the District elections, an individual must be:

• at least 18 years of age
• a United States citizen
• a resident of the Greece Central School District for at least 30 days prior to vote date
• a registered voter

Individuals are automatically eligible to vote in any Greece Central election if registered at a current address with the Monroe County Board of Elections, or if they have voted from a current address in any Greece Central election or general election within the last four years.

Those interested in registering to vote may do so with the Monroe County Board of Elections, or with the District by special registration offered each spring. County voter registration cards are available at all schools. Prior to each budget vote/school board election, an election notice is mailed to every residence in Greece. It reminds residents of the vote date, District voter registration date and their polling place.
